CONTEST RULES
Terms & Conditions
By submitting an entry to the Summer of Jasper – August 2021 (the “Contest”), you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Rules, terms and conditions, and the decisions of Jasper Brewpub Inc. and related parties Albeerta Provisions and Bearhill Brewing (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Sponsor”), and that you satisfy all eligibility requirements.
Details and How to Enter:
All entries must be submitted between August 1, 2021 and September 7, 2021. Entrants must scan the QR code and fill out the ballot to enter to win. No purchase necessary to enter. Purchase will not increase chances of winning. Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older to enter. Must be a Canadian resident and reside in the Province of Alberta, Canada, to win.
The Prize
The Contest prize is a “VIP Jasper Weekend Getaway”* consisting of:
- Dinner & brewery tour for two at Jasper Brewing Co.
- Two nights accommodation in Jasper, Alberta
- Spa Gift Card at the Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge
(hereafter collectively referred to as the “Prize”)
The estimated total retail value for each Prize is $800.00 plus applicable taxes. The contest will run from August 1, 2021 to September 7, 2021. The Sponsor will select a winner by September 14, 2021 The winner will be contacted via email and/or telephone and will have seven (7) days from the initial contact to respond. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days, they will automatically forfeit the Prize and a new winner will be chosen. All winners will be selected by random draw. Probability of winning varies with the number of eligible entries received during the Contest entry period.
Rules & Eligibility
All entrants must be eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of the Contest entry, must reside in Alberta, Canada, and must be of permanent Canadian residency. No purchase necessary to enter or win. Winner must fill out Prize Claim Form Declaration to be eligible to accept the Prize. The Skill Testing Question on the Prize Claim Form Declaration must be answered correctly for a chance to win.
Employees of the Sponsor and all affiliated businesses, breweries, brew pubs, parents, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies, distributors, and merchants involved in the Contest, and employees’ immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to win.
Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and local laws and regulations, and is void where prohibited by law.
The Sponsor reserves the right to alter any rules of any Contest at any time, at its sole discretion. If you have any questions or concerns about the Contest, please contact talktous@albeerta.com.
Confidentiality
Contest entrants’ information will be used for the sole purpose of the Contest enclosed. The Sponsor will not sell, distribute or use entrants’ information except as necessary to administer the Contest. Entrants must check the agreement box on the ballot form to receive promotional emails from the Sponsor. The subscriber has the right to unsubscribe at any time.
Jurisdiction
This Contest shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the province of Alberta, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. By participating, entrants agree that any and all disputes arising out of or relating in any way to this Contest shall be litigated only in courts sitting in Alberta, Canada.
Additional Terms*
The Prize and/or any components of the Prize are not available for rebate, cash in lieu, refund, credit, or rain checks of any kind. Prize will only be valid between mid-October 2021 and April 1, 2022 and will include blackout dates. All dates are subject to any Covid-19 restrictions and safety measures at those times.
